First Meeting:
First meeting, we offer an introductory, no commitment / no fee visit if within London's inner ring road (i.e. North Circular/South Circular), otherwise a consultation fee will be necessary to look at your play spaces and discuss options and the way forward. This meeting also provides us with a chance to show our portfolio of past projects, highlighting those that might be most similar to the needs of your play space.
For projects elsewhere in the country we can offer a roving play consultation service. A day visit, working with interested staff/head/parents/governors or children, will develop an appropriate strategy by focussing on existing strengths and weaknesses so that a way forward can be identified and developed.
The whole process may require only 2-4 days support. We will negotiate a consultation fee to reflect each situation as demanded.

Design Phase:
If you choose to work with us we will agree a fixed design fee and proceed with creating a design / solution. Design Fees are chargeable @ £50/hr. We will make clear exactly what we aim to achieve and how much time we intend to expend. The design fee will normally include a descriptive specification, quantities, and costs of each element. In certain circumstances we would negotiate an hourly rate if a fixed fee is not appropriate.

Fixed Contract:
As soon as the design and its principles have been affirmed, we will assemble a fixed price contract to carry out the construction phase. Once the costs of the project has been agreed, we will request an order from you (the client) instructing us to carry the work out in accordance with a numbered plan or sketches and dated specification and costing. We will then provide you with a programme of work, carry out a Health and Safety Assessment, and then organise site work.

Construction:
All construction work is carried out by our own trained and expert staff, but this service is limited, we regret, to within London's M25. We hope that the construction phase will be in itself an interesting and informative spectacle that all can enjoy. We will endeavour to make the work process as undisruptive, quiet and clean as possible.

Planting Plans:
Although the cost will have been built into the project from day one, we will tend to leave the detailed plant design plan until after the construction to enable us to better visualise and plan the planting solutions.

Payment:
We will submit interim invoices during the course of the construction works to cover works completed. All invoices are strictly payable within 28 days of issue or the payment may become liable to interest charges in accordance with contract documentation.

Aftercare:
We can offer annual Playground safety inspections or cyclical playground and equipment maintenance. We can also carry out emergency replacement or repairs as necessary.
